Angie Stathopoulos

Angie Stathopoulos PMHNP comes to The Brain Bliss with over 19 years of full time work experience as a nurse practitioner in outpatient adult psychiatry.
Angie is a 2002 graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Nursing and a 2005 graduate of Wayne State University’s College of Nursing’s Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing Program. Her continuing education is facilitated ongoing through The Neuropsychiatric Education Institute chaired by Stephen M. Stahl MD, PhD.
Angie’s special area of interest is in caring for those with treatment resistant depression using strategies beyond the typically necessary SSRI’s and psychotherapy venturing into options including TMS, SPRAVATO, add on antidepressants, Lithium, vibrational frequency, and Botox injections.
Angie prides herself in being open to all forms of treatment and a fierce advocate for her patients. Her belief is in treating psychiatric disorders not to the point of feeling a little bit better but to relentlessly seek any and all treatments working toward as near total remission of symptoms possible for her patients.
